Europe’s energy ministers meeting in Brussels tomorrow. Normally these meetings are only followed by experts in the field and politicos. But not this time. Most of the continent will be watching this one and waiting for solutions to an impending explosion of fuel bills as the thermometer drops and days get shorter.
But what can ministers do at an EU level that individual member states couldn't do themselves? Marie Le Mouel from the Bruegel institute in Brussels joined Joe Lynam on the show.
