Enterprise Ireland launches new Knowledge Transfer funding programme to increase the commercialisation of Irish research

KT or Knowledge Transfer is an important part of any modern economy and essential to one like Ireland’s which is so dependent on brain power and technology.  Now Enterprise Ireland whose job it is to encourage indigenous Irish companies to expand abroad has set up a new €33m fund– paid for in part by the European regional development fund to pay for skilled graduates to work for Irish deep technology companies.   With more on this Joe was joined on the show by Marina Donohoe Head of Research & Innovation with Enterprise Ireland.
