Hundreds of millions of Europeans go to the polls to elect a new European parliament in June. Many will be influenced by what they read on social media. But much of it is deliberately designed to enrage you and push you to extreme positions as well as keep you on the site.
That’s certainly the view of Tanya O'Carroll, the Activist and senior fellow at the NGO Foxglove who sued Meta over its refusal to stop processing her data for direct marketing purposes. Tanya spoke to Joe this morning.
