IBEC, which represents most Irish employers, is not a political party and is not running for Office but it has just published its manifesto. It’s heavy on aspiration and acknowledges that implementation is a lot easier than publication.  It calls for the speeding up infrastructure delivery, investing in public services, enhancing lifelong Education and reducing red tape 

To discuss the manifesto details was Danny McCoy Chief Executive of IBEC.
