The Russian passport has been effectively downgraded and devalued to junk status since European and North American sanctions were imposed on anyone travelling from Russia as a result of its invasion of Ukraine. That’s the view of the Henley partners passport index which places a rank on each country's travel value based on where it can roam without visas.
