In Norway 9 out of every 10 new cars bought last year was an EV. Meanwhile in Ireland sales of electric cars are down 25% on last year. It’s a testament to the waning trust in the latest technology and possibly to a lack of charging points. Either way EVs are here to stay and EU law will phase out the traditional combustion engines by 2035.
