Nearly half of the chief executives of Irish listed companies are under the age of 45. That’s almost double the average for the 27 other nations in which the head-hunters, Heidrick & Struggles carried out their survey. So does this mean that we start earlier, or are we Quick learners or is it just because the market is so small here?
