You may be familiar with the phrase “Internet of things“. It is a new technology where all sorts of domestic and commercial devices can be connected to the Internet - from fridges to heaters to traffic lights. The idea is to make our lives simpler but there have of course been privacy concerns.

Now there is a Spanish or more accurately Catalan company called Cellnex who is rolling out the Internet of things in the hope of improving our lives when it comes to parking, building management, and even air quality. Let’s speak to Colin Cunningham from cellnex.
