Psychological Targeting has gotten a pretty bad reputation over the past few years.

While the Cambridge Analytica scandal gave us an insight into how psychometrics can be used for more nefarious goals, what if we could use it to make a better, more democratic society or maybe even help you find that job which is right for you?

Sandra Matz is a computational social scientist and an Assistant Professor of Management at Columbia Business School in New York and she joined Bobby to chat about how data analytics could be used for good.
