Now, one of the biggest issues people are facing at the moment is feeling isolated and cut off from their loved ones.

It can be really hard but there are ways to alleviate the strain.

Bobby was joined by two people who have vast amounts of experience dealing with long periods of isolation to find out how they cope and what people at home might be able to do to counteract the negative elements of isolation in general.
