Liam Griffin is known throughout the country as the much admired Wexford senior inter-county manager who brought them to All-Ireland victory in 1996. But before success on the field, Liam has been involved in the hospitality from an early age as well, serving customers from the time he was 12 years old in a small family hotel in Rosslare Harbour. He has seen greater success with the Griffin Group since then, employing 80 – 100 people in Monart and approximately 400 in total throughout the Griffin Group.
