Now, last October we spoke to butchers from across the country to see how they were getting on in a highly competitive and increasingly challenging market.
One of the common sentiments shared among them at a time was to support local whenever possible and so in these times of 5km radiuses and social distancing Bobby thought for this week’s ‘Industry Review’ it would be good to hear how they have adapted to the current situation.
