Over the last twelve months we have all had to adapt in some ways big and small.
One of the things that people have certainly had to get used to is not being able to pop to the shop to pick up much needed clothes or indeed, shoes.
As a result there has been a surge in people having their brógaí repaired instead of just throwing them in the bin.
For our Industry Review Bobby was joined by three people involved in the Cobblers and Shoe Repair Businesses to discuss - they were:
- Isaac Jackman, Owner of ‘Isaac Jackman Shoe Repairs’ based in Charlemount St & Donnybrook.
- Tom Dwyer, Owner of 'The Cobbler Leather Shop' in Douglas Shopping Centre in Cork
- Junior Franklin, Owner of 'Franklin's Shoe Repair' on O'Connell St in Limerick
