Now most people know Mark Pollock is an international motivational speaker, explorer, adventure athlete and author. He became the first blind person to race to the South Pole and has won silver and bronze medals for rowing at the Commonwealth Games.
Blindness came his way in 1998 then in 2010, he fell from a second story window that left him paralysed, and is now on a new expedition to cure paralysis.
During the current lockdown Mark, along with Paula Cunniffe CEO of the Mark Pollock Foundation, have been delivering virtual talks and webinars to help business leaders remain resilient, adapt to change and collaborate with others.
