Nick Munier was previously a judge on the Irish Masterchef and famously the maître d in Hell's Kitchen.
He's also been involved in various Dublin eateries over the years and somewhat abruptly closed his last venture 'Avenue' in 2017.
But he's back at it again with his new restaurant Le Perroquet and he joins Bobby to talk about the business.
