Now if you’re anything like me, it’s at around this time every four or so years when you once again find yourself wondering how it’s possible that the person who wins the vote to be the next US President can get less votes and still win.
It doesn’t seem fair at all but of course there are many ways in which democracy can seem unfair.
So just what is the fairset system?
