Caitriona McLeish, a Senior Fellow at SPRU at the University of Sussex and co-director of the Harvard Sussex Program on Chemical and Biological Weapons & Brett Edwards, security and policy specialist join Jonathan to discuss the history of chemical warfare and ask - are we doing enough to prevent chemical weapons falling into the wrong hands?
