At the moment it seems like almost the whole science community is focussed on Covid 19.
And while it’s obvious to us all that this is an important endeavour, there are still other diseases out there that also require research.
So, what is it like to plough a lonely furrow and commit to researching one of the more obscure diseases that afflicts human beings?
