Brittany Kaiser is a former business development director for Cambridge Analytica.

She has now turned whistle-blower talking about the practices the company engaged in and particularly about their data mining for use in the 2016 American election and their involvement in the Brexit campaign. 

In her new book Targeted: My Inside Story of CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA and how TRUMP, BREXIT and FACEBOOK broke democracy she details how data-mining was combined with sophisticated psychological tools to sway elections to the desired political cause of whoever was willing to pay for it.
