The four Dublin councils have opened up one hundred parks and green spaces for over 70s and people cocooning with underlying health issues between the hours of 1.30 and 3.30pm. Today elders came out for a short walk for the first time since the lockdown began. Henry McKean met them in Fingal at Malahide Castle.
