Only around one in five people called up for jury duty last year ended up attending court, according to figures released by the Courts Service. Why do so many people not show up for jury duty? What happens if you don’t go? Ciara chats to Dr Niamh Howlin from the Sutherland School of Law, University College and hears from listeners.
