There are 43 sex offenders living in communities across Ireland who have been deemed to pose a ‘high’ or ‘very high’ risk of re-offending. Do we have enough measures in place to keep us safe? Is there enough monitoring? Do we need to look at how we rehabilitate sex offenders? Ciara chats to Noeline Blackwell of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre and hears from listeners.
