Listener email: 'I am really worried about my daughter and returning to school. She has always been quiet shy but has found some lovely friends throughout primary school and she flourished socially. Now she has been separated from them and all of her classmates during lockdown but I feel that she became quiet the introvert during that time and she is due to start in First Year in September and I am so worried about how she will adjust to this transition.' Do you have any advice? Ciara chats to  Stephanie Regan, Psychotherapist, and hears from listeners.
