Minister Cowen was put off the road for three months in 2016 for drink driving while on a learner's permit - something he didn't tell party leader Micheál Martin about. Michael Martin appeared to attempt to out the issue to bed yesterday – saying “justice was meted out” it has since emerged that Mr Cowen also appeared before Dublin District Court in June 2016 on a speeding charge. He was fined €200 for breaking the special 60kmh limit at Palmerstown in Dublin in July 2015. What do you think? Has justice been served? Or do you think – as many are calling for – that he should step down from his Ministerial role? Clare hears from listeners.
