An Bord Pleanala is being accused of letting developers exploit the housing crisis, after it granted permission for a co-living block in Dun Laoghaire in Dublin. The development will include 208 single bedrooms with pull-down beds and kitchenettes, and a number of communal living spaces. What do you think?
