Northern Ireland will reopen cafés and hair salons tomorrow - and then close them a week later - under a new proposal agreed last night.
The new ‘circuit breaker’ will be in place for 2 weeks, and will aim to reduce and stabilise the numbers in hospitals with Covid-19 in the north.
But, has this all come too late? And do you think stricter measures are needed on the border between north and south?
