Yesterday on the show we were talking about an exclusive Newstalk Breakfast survey of over 2,700 women which found that nearly 9 in 10 women feel uncomfortable walking alone after dark.   

It also found that 13% of women say they have been attacked after dark, 60% have been verbally harassed   

We chatted with various different women on the show about their own experiences on the show yesterday (you can listen back to the podcast on our website – powered by Go Loud) 

It didn’t paint a particularly comforting picture for women in Ireland, but Tommy in Mayo got in touch with the show and joined Andrea on Lunchtime Live...
