The IFA have decided that they will picket a proposed meeting called by the Minister for Agriculture today. 

They are unhappy with a decision by the European Commission to restrict the provision of flexibility on nitrates rules which means many farmers may have to reduce animal numbers. They also want to resolve payment issues from 2023.
