Over 22,000 people are expected to pass through Dublin Airport today as International travel resumes for the first time in 16 months 

Fully vaccinated people, those recently recovered from the virus or those who can present a negative test are allowed travel around the European Union.  

Passengers arriving from the UK and US will also no longer have to self-isolate on arrival if they have valid proof of vaccination or that they have recovered from Covid-19.
