New research by Safefood has highlighted the changes in children’s behavior that the pandemic has prompted. 43 per cent of children are going to bed later and a similar amount are waking later in the morning too. They’re also spending more time in front of screens and less time engaged in physical activity. Maybe not so surprising, considering the extraordinary times we’re in.
