It’s Lyme disease awareness month: Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that can be spread to humans by infected ticks. It's usually easier to treat if it's diagnosed early. 

There’s thought to be between 50 and 100 cases in Ireland every year – but how much do we really know about it?
