Personal Trainer Oisin Mulligan has blown up on Instagram and TikTok, because he is trying to prove that you can still lose weight while enjoying your favourite foods, by eating McDonald’s once a day, every day for two weeks.
Oisin started the experiment to show people you don’t have to cut out your favourite foods and cravings while trying to lose weight, and you don’t have to feel guilty when you do enjoy them.
