An Oireachtas committee report on transport is recommending that Ireland  introduces free public transport, push cars out of city centres and create cycling superhighways.

It is all part of an Environment and Climate Action report which has been looking at how Ireland can reduce transport emissions by 51% by the end of the decade.

Andrea heard from listeners who cycle to work everyday, public transport users and people who have lived abroad and seen it done.
