After a longer than usual wait this year, almost 65 thousand students who sat their Junior Cert exams will be getting their results tomorrow. Unlike other years, where the results are given out on a Wednesday, this year they are being handed out on a Friday.
It is a move that Alcohol Action Ireland has called regrettable. They say that students may be tempted to extend their celebrations over an entire weekend instead of just one day.
