Educating junior cycle students on the harms of alcohol reduces the likelihood of underage drinking – according to findings of a study by Drinkaware and Maynooth University. The study shows that once alcohol education's provided, 47 of students say they have 'no interest or intention of drinking', compared to 30% pre-programme. Of the students who had consumed alcohol - 57% had their first drink either at their own, or someone else’s house Do you let your teenagers drinks at home?
