Overcrowding is an issue in some of Ireland’s towns and cities. 3.2 per cent of the Irish population were classified as living in overcrowded households in 2019, up from 2.7 per cent the previous year. What is it like living in these conditions? And, what has it been like since lockdown?  We chat to Kennethy who has lived in crowded conditions in Dublin.
