Would you like to live a greener lifestyle but can’t? Is access to public transport or cycle lanes simply not an option for you? A new study has shown that the richest 1% of the world’s population are responsible for more than double the carbon pollution of the poorest half of humanity. It follows another recent survey from National Geographic which found that the carbon footprint of some of the world's biggest cities is 60 percent larger than previously estimated when all the products and services in a city are included.
