Stricter e-scooter regulations are needed according to disability advocates after dozens of blind people and wheelchair users have been struck on footpaths. June Tinsley, National Council for the Blind in Ireland tells Andrea there needs to be "a clear prohibition on the use of e-scooters on footpaths"
