Legislation which permits the development of the controversial €1.3 billion pipeline that will extract water from the River Shannon to meet Dublin’s water needs is currently making its way through the Oireachtas at the moment.  

 Richard O’Donoghue is a TD for Limerick believes the people of Dublin show pay for Limerick's water. He was also joined by Cllr Seamus Morris in Nenagh, Maurice in Killaloe and Jim in Dublin.
