Should there be mandatory vaccines for healthcare workers? One caller, a director of nursing, commented -  'We've done everything from an employers perspective to entice staff, we've had raffles, we've offered a thousand euro in cash prizes. There has been a huge PR campaign. Now whether that is the  reason they took the vaccine or not we wanted to make sure we did everything we could in order to encourage everybody, as much as possible, to take it'  Andrea hears from listeners
