Study Finds Over 50% Of People Working From Home Working More

An Survey for conducted by the Irish Heart Foundation found that over 50% of participants were sitting on average for 2 hours and 40 minutes more than they would if they were working in an office. Caroline McEnery, Managing Director at The HR Suite joined Andrea to discuss this issue and answer listener questions on this. Caroline stated the importance of the right to switch off at the end of the work day and not to let the finish time creep back to a later time.
