'The best treatments didn't alleviate her suffering' Oireachtas Committee set to recommend legislation on assisted dying

An Oireachtas Committee is today set to recommend Legislation on assisted dying.

The proposed recommendation of legislation would only be allowed if the person has a terminal illness, has a short time to live and would only apply to people with a medical condition that is incurable and irreversible.
