There has been plenty of talk of the ups and downs of making it compulsory. But what kind of an undertaking would that be for parents? Parents are apparently paying anything in the region of 100 to 900 in registration fees upon entry. This often doesn’t include trips aboard and extra courses that you have to pay for.
