Between 1933 and 1945, Franklin Delano Roosevelt served an unprecedented four terms as US President.

The backdrop to this was, of course, the spectre of World War 2.

But, with Republicans speaking about an unprecedented crisis in America that only the new president can solve, could we possibly see a third Trump term?
