New research by neuroscientists at the University of Pittsburgh and University of California San Francisco revealed that a simple, earbud-like device can stimulate a key nerve leading to the brain that could significantly improve the wearer’s ability to learn the sounds of a new language.

Dr. Fernando Llanos the lead author & a postdoctoral researcher in University of Pittsburgh Sound & Brain Lab joined Tom on the show.
