A new survey of the fittest workers show tradespeople do an average of 27 hours a week of physical activity.  

Roofers come out on top, averaging 23 hours of physical labour a week, followed by carpenters, plumbers, electricians and builders.  

But what kind of toll does being a builder have on the body? And is the builders breakfast still a thing? Pete the Builder spoke to Sean about this
