Smoking rates among Irish teenagers have started to rise after more than two decades of decline. The Tobacco Free Research Institute Ireland say levels dropped from 40% in 1995 to 13% by 2015. However now it has risen to 14%. Meanwhile Gardai are appealing to students starting college this week to avoid the dangers of taking drugs.
