For the first 48 hours after death, sperm donations can still be collected from men. And, be used to conceive viable pregnancies and healthy children. But, is this the same as donating an organ once you've passed away? Or should we be more concerned about the idea? Dr. Joshua Parker argues in favour of these posthumous donations.
