In December 2005, when a hunter shot an elk within the boundaries of Yellowstone National Park, he committed a federal crime. What this hunter didn't know is that he had entered the "zone of death", where a legal loophole meant that technically, you could get away with murder.

To tell that story, Sean was joined by Brian Kalt, Law Professor at Michigan State University.
