Shay Howlin who runs Fun Place Joke Shop on South King Street in Dublin which has been in business for 40 years. Fun Place is taking a pause and hopes to reopen if the vaccination rollout picks up by Halloween. Henry McKean asked will our high streets ever be the same again?
